After a meeting ends, Tengos automatically generates a comprehensive written summary of the full session. The summary is structured, readable, and ready to share — no editing required, though you can refine it if needed.
How AI Summary works
Once a meeting concludes, Tengos processes the complete transcript and produces a structured summary available from the meeting detail view under the Summary tab.
What you can do with an AI Summary

Choosing a summary template
When Tengos generates a summary, it applies a template suited to the type of meeting. You can also select a specific template manually. See the Summary Templates article for the full list.
Tips
- Use the output language setting to generate summaries in a different language than the meeting — useful when distributing notes to stakeholders who speak a different language.
- Use Find & Replace in the edit toolbar to quickly correct a repeated name or term across the entire summary.
Notes
- AI Summary is generated automatically — you do not need to trigger it manually.
- The number of AI Summaries available per month depends on your plan. Check Settings > Billing for your current quota.
- Free plan users have a limited number of AI Summaries per month.
