Manage your Tengos subscription at any time from Settings > Billing. From this page you can view your current plan, change plans, switch billing cycles, cancel, and access your invoice history.
What you can do from Settings > Billing

How to access billing settings
- Sign in to your Tengos account.
- Click Settings in the sidebar.
- Select Billing.
Switching billing cycles
Yearly billing saves approximately 20% compared to monthly billing. Switch between monthly and yearly at any time from Settings > Billing.
Cancelling your subscription
Cancellation is reversible within a grace period. Go to Settings > Billing and click Cancel Subscription to initiate.
Cancelling a scheduled downgrade
If you've scheduled a downgrade but change your mind, go to Settings > Billing and click Cancel Downgrade to keep your current plan.
Tips
- Switch to yearly billing when you're confident about your usage level — the savings add up over a full year.

- Enterprise plan changes are handled through your dedicated account manager.
