After a meeting ends, Tengos can automatically generate a set of Q&A flashcards based on the content discussed. Flashcards are useful for reviewing key points, studying lecture material, or testing understanding of training content.
How Flashcards work
Tengos analyzes the meeting transcript and extracts important concepts, facts, and statements. Each flashcard contains a question on one side and the corresponding answer on the other, drawn directly from the meeting content.
Accessing Flashcards
- Open the meeting from All Records.
- Navigate to the Flashcards tab in the meeting detail view.
- Flashcards are displayed as a set of cards ready to review.
Using Flashcards
- Click a card to flip it and reveal the answer.
- Select the output language if you want the flashcards generated in a different language than the meeting.
Tips
- Flashcards work especially well for lecture recordings, training sessions, and educational content — where there are clear concepts and definitions to extract.
- Use in combination with the Mind Map for a complete review toolkit after a study session or training.
Notes
- Flashcards are generated automatically after the meeting ends — no manual action is required.
- The output language can be set independently of the meeting language.
