Symptoms: No transcript appears. The microphone icon shows an error.
Steps to fix
- Make sure you have granted microphone permission to Tengos in your browser.
- In Chrome: click the lock icon in the address bar → Microphone → Allow.
- Check that no other application (such as Zoom or Teams) is exclusively using the microphone at the same time.
- Refresh the page and re-enable the microphone.
- Try a different browser tab, or restart the browser entirely.
