After a meeting ends, you can send the AI-generated summary directly to team members or stakeholders by email — without leaving Tengos. The email editor lets you customize the subject line and body before sending.
Before you begin
- The meeting must have an AI Summary generated before you can share it via email.
- You need the recipient's email address.
How to send a summary by email
- Open the meeting from All Records.
- Go to the Summary tab.
- Click Share via Email.
- The email editor opens with a pre-filled subject line and the summary content in the body.
- Edit the subject line and body text as needed — the editor supports rich text formatting.
- Add one or more recipient email addresses in the To field.
- Click Preview to review how the email will appear.
- Click Send to deliver the email.
Tips
- Edit the email body to add context or a personal note before the summary — for example, a brief introduction for recipients who weren't in the meeting.
- Use this feature to keep stakeholders informed after client meetings, team standups, or project reviews without copying and pasting content manually.
