Catch-Up summaries

Joined a meeting late? Catch Me Up gives you a concise AI-generated summary of everything discussed before you arrived — so you're up to speed within seconds, without interrupting the meeting.

How to use Catch-Up

1. During an active meeting, click "Catch Me Up" in the AI panel.
2. Select a time window to summarize:
   • Last 15 minutes
   • Last 30 minutes
   • Last 1 hour
3. Tengos generates a concise summary in seconds.
4. Read the summary in the panel — no need to scroll through the full transcript.

Auto Catch-Up

You can also enable automatic catch-up summaries that run in the background throughout the meeting.

• Toggle Auto Catch-Up on from the AI panel settings.
• When enabled, Tengos generates a new catch-up summary automatically every 15 minutes.
• These summaries accumulate in the panel, giving you a rolling record of the meeting in digestible segments.

Tips

• Use the 15-minute window for quick catch-ups when you're only a few minutes late.
• Use the 1-hour window when joining a long session well into the meeting.
• Enable Auto Catch-Up for long meetings where you want periodic recaps without having to request them manually.
