Add-ons let you extend your monthly capacity without upgrading to a higher plan. They are available for Starter, Pro, and Max plan users and are purchased directly from Settings > Billing.
Usage Booster Packs
Extend your monthly transcription hours and file upload quota:

How to purchase an add-on
- Go to Settings > Billing.
- Scroll to the Add-On Services section.
- Select the pack you want.
- Review the pricing and click Purchase.
- The additional quota is applied to your account immediately.
Tips
- If you consistently need add-ons every month, upgrading to the next plan tier may be more cost-effective.
- Add-on packs are a good solution for occasional high-usage months — for example, a busy conference week or a batch of file uploads.
Notes
- Add-ons are available on Starter, Pro, and Max plans only. Free plan users must upgrade to a paid plan before purchasing add-ons.
- Current add-on pricing is displayed in Settings > Billing in the app.
