Tengos is built with data security as a core requirement. This article explains how your data is stored, how long it is retained, and how you can export or delete it.
Data retention

Configurable auto-delete
You can configure how long audio recordings are kept before being automatically deleted. Go to Settings > Privacy & Data and choose from the following options:
- Immediately after the recording ends
- After a set number of hours or days
- After 1 year
- Never (keep recordings indefinitely)
