When you share a meeting link with someone, they join as a Guest (Viewer). Guests can follow the meeting in real time or review a recorded session without needing a Tengos account.

How guests join a shared meeting
- The guest opens the meeting link shared with them.
- If the meeting is password-protected, they enter the password.
- They enter their name to identify themselves in the meeting.
- They are taken directly into the meeting view with Viewer access.
Guests are identified with a Viewer badge in the meeting interface, making it easy to distinguish them from registered participants.
Tips
- Ask guests to use their real name when joining — this helps identify who viewed the meeting in multi-participant sessions.
- If a guest reports an access issue, confirm that you've shared the correct link and, if applicable, the correct password.
Notes
- Guests do not need a Tengos account to view a shared meeting.
