Term Transcript lets you create groups of terms — brand names, product names, or technical vocabulary — that Tengos uses to improve speech recognition accuracy during live transcription. Unlike the translation Glossary, Term Transcript focuses specifically on helping Tengos recognize the correct spoken words.
How Term Transcript works
You organize terms into groups by topic or domain. During a live meeting, Tengos applies these terms automatically to improve how it recognizes the specific words in your group.
Creating a Term Transcript group
- Go to Settings and find the Term Transcript section.
- Click Create Group.
- Give the group a name.
- Add terms individually, or import them via CSV.
