Symptoms: Your password is rejected, or you are caught in a login loop.
Steps to fix
- Use Forgot Password on the sign-in page to reset your password via email.
- If you use Google login, make sure you are signing in with the same Google account used when you created your Tengos account.
- Clear your browser cookies and cache, then try signing in again.
- Check that your account email has been verified. Unverified accounts cannot sign in.
