Explanation
This is the expected behavior of the Silence Auto-Pause feature. After 10 minutes of silence, Tengos automatically pauses the recording to prevent long empty recordings from accumulating.
This is not an error — the recording paused intentionally.
How to resume
Click Resume in the banner to continue recording immediately.
