Steps to fix
- Confirm the correct source language is selected before starting the meeting. Mismatched language settings are a common cause of poor accuracy.
- Speak clearly and reduce background noise as much as possible.
- Use a dedicated external microphone rather than a built-in laptop microphone.
- Create a Glossary containing domain-specific terms — brand names, product names, and technical jargon. This directly improves recognition accuracy for those words.
- Add a Term Transcript group with frequently used specialized vocabulary to improve how Tengos recognizes those terms during live transcription.
