After a meeting ends, Tengos generates an interactive visual mind map that maps out the key concepts and topics discussed. Mind maps give you a bird's-eye view of the meeting structure — useful for understanding how ideas connect or for presenting the shape of a discussion at a glance.
How the Mind Map works
Tengos analyzes the full transcript and organizes the main themes and sub-topics into a branching tree diagram. The map is generated automatically — no manual input or configuration is needed.
Accessing the Mind Map
- Open the meeting from All Records.
- Navigate to the Mind Map tab in the meeting detail view.
- The mind map loads as an interactive diagram.
Navigating the Mind Map
| Action | How |
|---|---|
| Expand a branch | Click a node to expand its sub-topics |
| Collapse a branch | Click an expanded node to collapse it |
| Change output language | Select a different language from the language selector |
Tips
- Use the Mind Map before writing a follow-up email or report — it gives you a quick structural overview of the meeting.
- Use alongside Flashcards for comprehensive review of lecture or training content.
Notes
- Mind Maps are generated automatically after the meeting ends.
- The output language can be set independently of the meeting or transcription language.
