Mind Map

After a meeting ends, Tengos generates an interactive visual mind map that maps out the key concepts and topics discussed. Mind maps give you a bird's-eye view of the meeting structure — useful for understanding how ideas connect or for presenting the shape of a discussion at a glance.

How the Mind Map works

Tengos analyzes the full transcript and organizes the main themes and sub-topics into a branching tree diagram. The map is generated automatically — no manual input or configuration is needed.

Accessing the Mind Map

  1. Open the meeting from All Records.
  2. Navigate to the Mind Map tab in the meeting detail view.
  3. The mind map loads as an interactive diagram.

Notes

  • Mind Maps are generated automatically after the meeting ends.
