Symptoms: An "Upload failed" error appears, or the file is stuck at 0% progress.
Steps to fix
- Check that the file format is supported. Tengos accepts: MP3, WAV, MP4, AAC, OGG, WEBM, MPEG.
- Verify that the file size is within your plan's upload limit. Check Settings > Billing for your current quota.
- Check your internet connection.
- Try a different browser, or disable browser extensions that may be blocking file uploads.
