If you encounter a technical issue or unexpected behavior in Tengos, you can report it directly from within the app using the Feedback button. The Tengos team reviews all submissions and will follow up if needed.
How to submit a bug report
- Click the Feedback button — available from the sidebar or during an active meeting.
- Select the type Bug.
- Describe the issue in as much detail as possible — include what you were doing when the problem occurred and what you expected to happen.
- Attach screenshots or supporting files if they help illustrate the issue (up to 5 files).
- Click Submit.
Feedback types
When you open the Feedback tool, you can choose from the following types:
