Any meeting in Tengos can be shared with people outside your account via a link. Recipients can view the live or recorded transcript, read the AI summary, and see meeting notes — without needing a Tengos account.
How to share a meeting
- Open the meeting you want to share.
- Click the Share button in the meeting toolbar.
- Copy the meeting link.
- Optionally, set a password to restrict who can access it (see Password-Protected Meetings below).
- Send the link to your recipients via any channel — email, chat, or message.
Password-protected meetings
You can require a password before anyone can open a shared meeting link.
- In the Share dialog, enable the Password option.
- Set a password of your choice.
- Share both the link and the password with your recipients.
To update or remove a password:
- Open the Share dialog for the meeting.
- Change the password or turn off the Password option.
- The updated settings apply immediately to the existing link.
Notes
- Guests who open the link join as Viewers — they cannot record, transcribe, or modify any content.
